1. About the Service

ZeroLuck.GG is a free, community-driven fan site providing databases, tools, tier lists, and guides for gacha games. The site is operated by Michael Fontaine (92160 Antony, France). It is not affiliated with any game publisher.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• One account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts may be suspended.

3. Acceptable Use

When using ZeroLuck.GG, you agree not to:

• Post abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content.
• Spam, advertise, or promote unrelated products or services.
• Upload malicious files, scripts, or content designed to exploit other users.
• Impersonate other users, staff, or game publishers.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data beyond normal browsing without permission.
• Post content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights.

4. Community Content

• You retain ownership of original content you create (tier lists, builds, comments, guides).
• By posting, you grant ZeroLuck.GG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the site.
• We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.
• Game-related data and assets remain the property of their respective publishers.

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove community content (comments, builds, guild descriptions, map routes) that violates these terms. Accounts that repeatedly violate the rules may be suspended or permanently banned. If you believe content was removed in error, contact support@holst.network.

6. Intellectual Property

• ZeroLuck.GG's original content (design, code, text) is owned by Michael Fontaine.
• Game content (images, names, data) from Seven Deadly Sins: Origin, Neverness to Everness, and Arknights: Endfield belongs to their respective publishers (Netmarble, Hotta Studio, Hypergryph/Yostar).
• If you believe content on this site infringes your intellectual property, contact us at support@holst.network with details.

7. Limitation of Liability

• ZeroLuck.GG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of game data, tier lists, or community-contributed content.
• We are not responsible for damages arising from the use of this site.
• The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the site.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
