NTE's control archetype. Lakshana + Cosmos applies Remora (a Slow) — and Hathor turns any Remora'd target into a +10% team Crit Rate zone while extending the Slow to 12s. A utility shell that makes whatever carry you bring hit harder.

Verdict
Honest framing first: Remora is rarely a standalone team in the meta — it's most often run inside a Charge team (Hathor/Skia supplying the Lakshana + Cosmos pair) rather than alone. As a shell it's a force multiplier: Remora itself just Slows, but Hathor turns it into +10% team Crit Rate and a 12s lockdown under whatever carry you bring. Use it to lift a Cosmos/Charge core, not as a carry on its own.

The reaction — and why it's a team
Remora fires when the team lands Lakshana and Cosmos on the same target: “The target enters Remora for 5s after triggering Esper Cycle, slowing their movement and attack speed. The effect decays over time, and will have a shorter duration if repeatedly applied.” A control reaction — it Slows the target, and the team turns that Slow into team-wide Crit Rate and lockdown.
Delay Warning: Extends the target's Remora duration to 12s and increases Crit Rate by 10% when allies attacking a target affected by Remora.
The payoff of the whole archetype — turns a 5s Slow into a 12s window of +10% team Crit Rate.
Suppression: Inflicts an additional Remora on a target when Fang Thrust locks onto them in Remora state.

Rotation principle
The frame-perfect loop depends on the carry — open that character's own guide for it. The archetype loop is always the same:
Apply Remora
Land Lakshana (Skia) and Cosmos (carry) to trigger the Esper Cycle — the target is Slowed for 5s.
Extend & buff (Hathor)
Hathor's Delay Warning stretches Remora to 12s and opens the +10% team Crit Rate window.
Carry bursts
Pour the Cosmos carry's burst into the Slowed, crit-buffed target while it can't act freely.
Refresh
Skia re-applies Remora so Hathor's window never lapses; repeat the burst each cycle.
