C's Cube — Proliferative C
The Unheard Shores counterpart to C's Tower. Proximity-spawn box maze north of Wertheimer Tower — navigate the labyrinth and seal the open, possessed box to nullify the anomaly. Sealing has a high chance of provoking Proliferative C; the Chaos weakness lines up cleanly with Daffodill.

TL;DR — 5 Steps
- Travel north of Wertheimer TowerUnheard Shores. The anomaly seal is between Orichalcos Imaginist and Serenetti Manor — visible landmarks for orientation.
- Walk into the proximity zoneBoxes only materialise when you're close. You can't plan the maze from a distance — commit and let it build around you.
- Navigate the labyrinth of boxesTake your time on transitions between box clusters. Falling is a soft fail but wastes minutes.
- Find the open boxSomewhere in the maze sits the unsealed, possessed box. That open box is what holds the anomaly active — track it down.
- Seal the open boxSealing it nullifies the anomaly. Sealing has a high chance of provoking Proliferative C into actively attacking you — be ready for it; bring Chaos damage (Daffodill is the cleanest fit).
How to Trigger
- Travel to Unheard Shores and head north of Wertheimer Tower.
- Identify the cluster of buildings near Orichalcos Imaginist and Serenetti Manor — the anomaly seal sits in the open ground between them.
- Approach the seal. As soon as you cross the proximity threshold, the labyrinth of glowing boxes spawns around you.
- Work through the maze — only nearby boxes render, so the path reveals itself as you move.
- Locate the open / unsealed box (the possessed one) and seal it to nullify the anomaly. Sealing has a high chance of provoking Proliferative C into actively attacking you.
Boss: Proliferative C
The same anomaly entity that inhabits the maze in C's Tower. Proliferative C lives inside the labyrinth of boxes; the objective is to navigate the maze and seal the open / unsealed (possessed) box, which nullifies the anomaly. Sealing the box has a high chance of provoking Proliferative C into actively attacking you — other than that, it poses no danger. The elemental weakness is officially Chaos here, so a Chaos profile keeps the optional fight short.
Sealing the open box
ObjectiveTell: You reach the unsealed, possessed box inside the maze.
Sealing it nullifies the anomaly and completes the commission. Sealing has a high chance of provoking Proliferative C into actively attacking you — be ready to fight the moment you seal.
Provoked attack (on seal)
DodgeTell: Triggered when you seal the box — Proliferative C turns and engages.
This is the only danger in the encounter. Bring Chaos damage to end it quickly; if it doesn't aggro, no fight is required at all.

Pro Tips & Common Pitfalls
- The proximity-spawn boxes mean you cannot scout the maze from afar. Don't waste time circling — work through the boxes and adapt as they appear.
- Sealing the open box has a high chance of provoking Proliferative C. Don't seal until your team is ready to fight — but if it doesn't aggro, no combat is required at all.
- Daffodill's Support Skill cadence powers Youthful Fantasy's chain mechanic if you've already farmed it. If not, any Chaos main works — the weakness multiplier is the bigger factor than the Arc.
- Outside of the optional provoked attack, the anomaly poses no danger — the labyrinth navigation and finding the unsealed box are the real challenge.
- Track the open / possessed box as you move; the maze only renders nearby boxes, so keep a mental map of where you've already been.
