How do I redeem codes in Neverness to Everness?
Open the in-game menu, choose the (…) button and then Redeem Code, paste a code from this page and confirm. Rewards are delivered to your in-game mailbox — open it and claim them.
Why isn't my NTE code working?
Codes are case-sensitive and time-limited. A code usually fails because it has expired, was already redeemed on your account, is region-locked, or was mistyped — use the copy button to avoid typos.
Do Neverness to Everness codes expire?
Yes. Most codes are limited-time — tied to launch, updates, livestreams or milestone rewards. Redeem them as soon as they appear, then claim the mailed rewards before they expire.
