Complete Guide — Timespace Junction Season 1
Timespace Junction is the most demanding endgame mode in Seven Deadly Sins: Origin. Six sealed portals, six increasingly powerful bosses, and a time-attack system that rewards mastery. This guide covers everything you need to clear all six Sectors and claim every reward.
How to Unlock
Timespace Junction unlocks after completing the Main Quest Act 13 — Episode 25 «Reunion». Once unlocked, access it via the dedicated icon on the World Map or through the bottom of the Menu screen. Sectors unlock on a staggered schedule across the season — you cannot skip ahead.
Sector Progression
Each Sector must be completed in order before the next becomes available. Clearing Sector 1 unlocks Sector 2, clearing Sector 2 unlocks Sector 3, and so on. Even if a new Sector becomes live on the schedule, you must have cleared all prior Sectors to challenge it.
- Sector 1 — Marmas (Fire / Dark) → live April 29
- Sector 2 — Red Demon & Gray Demon (Ice / Holy) → live May 6
- Sectors 3 & 4 → live May 20
- Sectors 5 & 6 → live June 10
Time Attack & Star Grades
Every Sector has an optional time-attack challenge. After defeating the boss, your clear time is compared against three thresholds. Clear fast enough and you earn a ★★★ grade, giving access to the best mission rewards. You can replay a Sector as many times as you want — only your best time is stored.
First Clear Rewards
The first time you defeat a boss in a Sector, you receive a special first-clear bonus of 300 Star Fragments regardless of your clear time or grade. This bonus is awarded once per Sector per account — subsequent runs only count toward your time-attack grade.
Season Rewards & Reset
Mission rewards (time-attack grades) can be claimed once per season. At the start of a new season, all reward claim records reset — allowing you to collect them again with the new roster of bosses. Your best times are not reset; only the reward claim status.
Season 1 Buffs — Escanor, King & Mannie
Three heroes receive a major +20% bonus to Attack, Defense Shatter, and Pierce across all Sectors during Season 1. Using them in your team is a significant advantage — especially on bosses where your raw DPS is the bottleneck for 3-star times.
Element Advantage — Don't Ignore It
Each Sector boss has specific elemental weaknesses and resistances. Bringing a hero with a Disadvantaged Element against the boss will deal dramatically reduced damage. Always check the boss's weaknesses before building your team.
- Sector 1 (Marmas) — weak to Fire & Dark → bring Fire or Dark units
- Sector 2 (Red Demon & Gray Demon) — bring Ice & Holy units
Solo Mode — Party Play Not Supported
Every run in Timespace Junction is completed alone. No co-op, no support from other players. Your team composition, skill timing, and knowledge of the boss mechanics are the only variables. This makes understanding each boss's pattern critical.
General Tips for High Scores
- Study the boss mechanic before your first attempt — most time is lost to unexpected attacks, not DPS.
- Use Season heroes (Escanor / King / Mannie) for the free +20% Attack bonus.
- Match your elements to the boss weaknesses — a wrong element can cut your damage output by 50%+.
- Replay freely: only your best time is recorded. Failed runs cost nothing.
- Claim the 300 Star Fragment first-clear bonus on each Sector immediately — don't leave it on the table.
- Check the boss guide page for detailed mechanic breakdowns, team compositions, and timing windows.
