Combined Attacks

Combat MechanicsFrom the game dataDuo or trio chain

A Combined Attack fires two or three heroes' Ultimates as one hit. This page lists every hero's exact CA payload and Magic-Force cost straight from the game data, the four Combined Attacks that buff instead of just hitting, and how to read it all into the biggest burst windows.

How Combined Attacks work

A Combined Attack lets two — or three — heroes fire their Ultimate Moves together as a single, amplified hit. The resource that pays for it is Magic Force (MF): you build it by landing Normal Attacks, Tag Skills and Special/Normal Skills, then spend it on Ultimates.

  • Trigger

When a hero casts an Ultimate and a teammate can combo off it, press the Ultimate button again. With enough Magic Force, a short quick-time prompt fires the Combined Attack — both heroes' Ultimates land at once.

  • Cost

Each hero's Combined Attack has a fixed Magic-Force cost — 2 or 3 in the current data. Cheaper CAs (2 MF) come back faster; expensive ones (3 MF) tend to carry the bigger payloads or the team buffs.

  • Duo or trio

Depending on your team and how much Magic Force you've banked, a Combined Attack chains two or three heroes. A trio is the biggest single burst the game lets you create.

  • Check it in the Team menu

The Team screen shows which of your heroes can combo with each other and exactly how much Magic Force each combo needs — use it to plan a roster that actually links up.

How to read it

The numbers on this page are each hero's own Ultimate payload as a Combined Attack — the current_damage_pct the game stores for them. A duo's total is the two heroes' payloads stacked, which is why pairing two high-payload Ultimates is the core of a burst window.

Every hero's Combined-Attack payload

Sorted by payload, highest first. Payload is the damage of that hero's Ultimate when it fires as a Combined Attack; MF is its Magic-Force cost; the CA bonus column is any extra effect the Combined Attack applies on top of damage.

Headline

Drake owns the single biggest Combined-Attack payload in the game at 461% — for only 2 Magic Force — which is why he's the most-requested combo partner across the roster. Note that a small payload (Mannie at 93%) does not mean a bad combo hero: see the pairings section.

The Combined Attacks that buff, not just hit

Four heroes' Combined Attacks do more than damage — they apply a buff or debuff. These are worth triggering for the effect alone, and they're what turns a Combined Attack from a finisher into a rotation tool.

Meliodas449% · 3 MF · Dark

CA bonusInflicts Opening on the enemy for 20 sec.

Second-highest payload, and his CA opens the enemy — a damage-taken window the rest of the team exploits.

King433% · 3 MF · Holy

CA bonusIncreases all allied heroes' Magic Charging Efficiency by 30% for 40 sec. When Bloom is at max stacks, they are removed and the hero gains Full Bloom for 20 sec.

A huge payload that doubles as a team battery — the +30% Magic Charging keeps the next Combined Attack coming.

Escanor397% · 2 MF · Fire

CA bonusIncreases the hero's Max HP by 30% for 20 sec.

Near-400% at 2 MF, and the self Max-HP buff feeds his own scaling — a self-sufficient Fire carry.

Diane371% · 3 MF · Earth

CA bonusIncreases Defense by 30% and Normal Skill damage by 30% for 20 sec.

Payload plus a defensive-and-offensive team buff — bridges carry and support.

Best pairings — reading the table

Every hero with CA data can combo with every other, so a good pairing is about summed payload and Magic-Force economy, not who can link up. Three ways to read it:

  • Stack two top payloads for raw burst

A duo of Drake (461%) with Meliodas (449%) or King (433%) is the largest two-hit Combined Attack you can assemble — and Meliodas's CA opens the enemy first, so Drake's lands into a damage-taken window.

  • Lead with a support CA

King's Combined Attack hands the whole team +30% Magic Charging for 40 sec — fire it first and the next Combined Attack arrives sooner. Diane (Def +30% / Normal-Skill +30%) and Escanor (self Max HP +30%) bring durability into the same button.

  • Bring a Magic-Force battery

Mannie's own payload is tiny (93%), but her kit generates Magic Force — she pays for everyone else's Combined Attack. The community's standard read is Mannie as Meliodas's combo enabler: the payload table undersells her because her value is in setup, not the CA hit itself. (Battery value is a kit/usage call, not a CA-payload number.)

Trio combos

Want trio combos and per-hero partner lists? Each hero guide lists their verified Combined-Attack partners read from the data — for example the Drake guide details his confirmed duo and trio combos, and the Meliodas and King guides cover their roles as carry and battery. For why the payloads matter, see the Damage Formula (PvE) guide.

Coverage & sources

What's covered

Every payload, Magic-Force cost and CA-bonus string above is read directly from each hero's combinations data in the game's character files — 14 heroes currently carry Combined-Attack data.

A few recently-added heroes — Merlin, Clotho, Slater, Jericho, Griamore, Hendrickson, Dredrin and Guila — don't yet have their Combined-Attack tables in the current data dump, so they're not in the payload list. That's a data-availability gap, not a statement that they lack a Combined Attack in-game; this page updates when their combo data lands.

How this page is built

  • Payloads & costsgames/7dso/data/character-details/en/*.json, each hero's combinations[] (own current_damage_pct, current_bonus and current_loadouts[].magic_force_cost).
  • The mechanic (Magic Force, the re-press trigger, duo/trio, the Team-menu combo checker) is the live in-game system — cross-checked against community combat references, never copied.
